- Check and adjust chemicals accordingly (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, water hardness, calcium, TDS)
- Check water levels
- Skim pool and spa surface
- Vacuum pool and spa
- Brush steps and walls, lights and skimmers if necessary
- Empty pool and pump baskets
- Clean tiles if necessary with acidic tile cleaner to assist in removing calcium/ waterline build-up
SPA ONLY WEEKLY SERVICES
- Check and adjust chemicals accordingly (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, water hardness, calcium, TDS)

- Vacuum spa

- Empty spa and pump baskets

CHEMICAL AND SKIM SERVICE
- Check and adjust chemicals, as needed
- Skim swimming pool and spa surface
- Empty pool baskets
- Check pool and spa equipment for proper operation
- No swimming pool or spa vacuum or cleaning service provided with this cleaning and maintenance option
NEW POOL OWNER ORIENTATION
We can come to your house and show you how to operate your pool and equipment, test the water, turn on the heater, set the filtration hours, how and when to clean the filter, set the pool and spa valves and answer your general questions. We will also inspect your equipment for proper operation. Call us to arrange an appointment. The cost for this service is typically $95.00
